I have a distinct honor of being Mr. McConathy first client way back in 2002. I first hired him when I was19. He and I were both new to the criminal court system so I'd say we learned it together. Got my case dismissed. Unfortunately I didn't learn my lesson and had to use him 3 more times until I grew up. If it wasn't for Richard and his legal knowledge I'd be in prison. I'm now married with two kids and own my construction business. Richard McConathy isn't a good lawyer but a great lawyer and
One of the best lawyers when it comes to criminal defense. Richard and Brian are the best you can get if your in real trouble. No substitute for great lawyer when the chips are down. Owe the guys my life. Definitely recommend you hire them.
My youngest got into trouble in his first year away for college. I found Richard and his team to be very well versed in the law and very professional in handling my son's case. This was a very sensitive and embarrassing matter for my family but we were very pleased with the service and happy with the results. Thank you Richard Mcconathy and all the staff for your help!
BRIAN IS THE BEST BET IF YOU WANT TO HAVE AN AFFORDABLE ATTORNEY WHO GETS THE CASE WON OR A FAVORABLE OUTCOME ....HANDS DOWN. HE HELPED MY HUSBAND , AND WE HAD A MESS THAT WE HANDED HIM TO HELP US SORT THROUGH. MY HUSBAND IS COMING HOME AND ITS ALL THANKS TO BRIAN. THANKFUL TO HAVE FOUND BRIAN BOLTON AND HAVE HIM AS OUR ATTORNEY!!! C. HARWELL~ HAPPY AND BLESSED
Choose another attorney and law firm. Brian Bolton is rude and obnoxious. Speaks down to his clients and seems to forget he works for his client and no longer a Chief State Prosecutor for Dallas County. He continues to work in partisanship with the state prosecution and gets extremely annoyed if you ask questions. He completely hides behind his paralegals and office staff. (no direct access). He misses opportunities and refuse to defend you in court hearings. Brian will agree with prosecution and completely make decisions in favor of the state. He will compromise your case beyond repair. It seems his only interest is to get you in court to earn bond hearing money. Milk you for everything he can get during pretrial, then force your case into trial in order to force a new reason to charge you for his service or shall I say lack thereof. Once he sets trial, trial money is due immediately. If you are not ready for trial, he cannot charge you. This pissed him off causing him to work with
Stole 150,000$ from my trust, would not comply with warrant to give appropriate information on trust.
