Very happy with Richard McConathy handling of my case. He was very responsive to my calls and emails. Always kept me informed of my case. He is a larger office so he has the staff to handle more complex cases like mine. Cynthia and Amanda his paralegals are the best. The staff always had great ready to help attitudes. I am a Army Vet and I knew Richard's dad from the past so I hired him to represent me on a few charges I got. I took the case to trial and I have to admit the facts were not in my favor. I didn't catch what the DA said to the jury but Richard did. He jump up and said that was not proper. The judge agreed. I have a distinct honor of being Mr. McConathy first client way back in 2002. I first hired him when I was19. He and I were both new to the criminal court system so I'd say we learned it together.
