Law Offices of Richard C. McConathy is a law firm established in 2002 with an office in Dallas, TX. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing criminal defense, dui/dwi, white collar crime and 5 other areas of law.
I was in a really bad situation last year. I was accused of a crime by someone I trusted and knew they were lying but know one believed me. After talking to about 100 lawyers I was convinced I was going to prison for the rest of my life. Then I found Richard McConathy. He challenged the DA case and evidence. I have never been in trouble in my life except traffic tickets. Then I made a really stupid mistake and had my kid in the car. It didn't look good. I was looking at becoming a felon and looking like a really bad mom. I thankfully found Richard McConathy. It took close to a year but he was able to convince the DA to drop my case down and now I'm eligible to have it sealed. I now have my future back. I never had to worry about what was happening. After a year we set it for trial and we got a dismissal when the jury was in the hallway about to come into the court room. Great Job!
