As a veteran, I would use Berry Law Firm as the first "go to" for legal assistance in any matters relating to Veteran's benefits. Not taking away from the Veteran's Service Organizations, (they are good at what they do), I would evaluate Berry Law Firm as Excellent in what they do. I was shocked at the thoroughness and speed at bringing my case to a successful closure. Permanent 100% rating. The VA had taken many years of decisions, up to and including going way below the US Army threshold on original disability rating of 30%. VA kept moving goalposts. Special Thanks to Attny. Montana Crow for a job well done. I am extremely grateful.

Highly Recommend Berry Law. I tried to deal with the VA on my own and I ended up getting my current rating of 60% reduced to 40% and it took what seemed like forever. I was then told about Berry Law and I let them take over for me with dealing with the VA. Things changed almost immediately after I let them represent me. The VA was much quicker to set up eval appoints for me and before I knew it my rating was increased to 70% and then increased again to 90%. If I never contacted Berry Law to represent me I would have been at 40% or lower for the rest of my life. I highly recommend them to any veteran trying to fight for their benefits they rightfully deserve.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
