When I had to go back to him to refresh 2 pages after a death, his hourly rate shot up and he talked & talked-giving me a very large bill to pay. Now, have to pay to have will redone at an additional expense by another attorney to simply things for my executors. Other attorneys have also had to redo his wills--adding to client expense.
