Hired Attorney John Buckley III

Talks & talks--adding billable time to assist you. Wrote an extremely long & complicated trust/will with his name on every page. When I had to go back to him to refresh 2 pages after a death, his hourly rate shot up and he talked & talked-giving me a very large bill to pay. Now, have to pay to have will redone at an additional expense by another attorney to simply things for my executors. Other attorneys have also had to redo his wills--adding to client expense.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
