Hired Attorney Harley Gutin

Mr Gutin went the extra mile for me & my case .. i am thoroughly pleased with the outcome of my case, due to his persistence . I really felt like he had my best interest at heart , not all about the $. {para}I'm not planning on ever needing Mr. Gutin's representation again :) however if I do , he will be the first call I make .

I just want to say Thanks so so much to Harley,Stephen and Staff. They always were there for me and would answer their telephone. I was arrested for 3rd. DUI conviction and had a ticket for failure to maintain lane. I refused to blow and the DMV took my license after 10 days. They filed an appeal for that and won the appeal. It took about 3 weeks for appeal hearing. So I was without a license for a few weeks then got it back.

Hired Attorney Harley Gutin

I have used Harley in all of my cases since December of 2011. He has been a great lawyer that has taken much of his time and went above and beyond what he was required to do. He has been very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable in all of my situations. Which has been quite a few in a very short time span which you are about to learn. Mind you, before all of this madness I didn’t even have so much as a seatbelt ticket and I was twenty six.

I was on the burner for 2 felonys and 3 misdemeanors, for only 1 misdemeanor that i actually commited. Harley got me off on both felonys and 2 misdemeanors. There is no possible way i could thank him enough.... if you are in a bad situation you need to call Mr. Gutin. I mean do the math.... this guy works wonders.

Harley Gutin and Stephen Wolverton represented me in a Florida RICO prosecution. {para}When it came time for trial Stephen Wolverton represented me in the courtroom and Harley Gutin worked behind the scenes. I truly owe both my life and no words that I state here could possibly express my thoughts. Without the zealous criminal defense of Gutin & Wolverton, I have no doubt that I would be languishing in a Florida prison, or dead, today.{para}Harley Gutin and his partner Stephen Wolverton are the best

Hired Attorney Harley Gutin

I have been involved in a family litigation case that has gone on for years and very complicated . Mr. Gutin was attentive, honest, and a true fighter. Although previous attorneys had caused great harm Mr. Gutin jumped right in and fought the wrong of this case. He is someone who is great in court and being someone from out of town and trying to find strong legal counsel from afar, Mr. Gutin surpassed all with always being available, attentive to my questions, and a great counsel in court.

Harley has helped me get through all of my legal matters. He has been a great lawyer in all aspects. He helped me get away from my abuser with a injunction, helped me obtain child support, custody of my children and helped me stay out of jail with my drinking issues. He has been very knowledgeable, understanding, and patient through all of my issues. If it wasn't for Harley and his persistence and faith in me I am not sure I would be living the sober wonderful life I am now able to enjoy.

Hired Attorney Mr. Stephen Wolverton

Gutin & Wolverton has one of the best reputations in Brevard County, earning respect from judges and fellow attorneys, alike. We chose them to defend our brother when he was recently arrested on a felony VOP charge, facing LIFE in prison. To say the least, we needed the BEST. Their attorney fee was more than fair, especially for the amount of work they put into their defense of our brother. Steve Wolverton's argument in court was exceptional and showed just how much research he did preparing for this case. Steve's experience really came through, when our brother needed it the most. I would HIGHLY recommend Gutin & Wolverton for any law matter that you need experience on your side.
