Christen. Ken and Chris are a great team to have working for me. Very efficient and this team has kept me informed as we navigate the VA benefit system.

I have been fighting with the VA for 6 years to be rated for Individual Un-Employability. This past January I saw a post on Facebook from Bosley and Bratch and decided to give them a try. My initial VA claim included 8 items, 6 items where denied by the VA (3 of those items involved Agent Orange). It was apparent that the VA had not read all my documentation before denying my claim. Chris Boudi (Senior Attorney) and Christen Hubin (Case Manager) worked tirelessly on my appeal and on 9/15/2020 a 14-page Brief was submitted on my behalf to the Board of Veteran' Appeals and 2 1/2 months later the VA Board of Appeals reversed the denied items and approved a rating of 100% effective 12/21/2017. I am positive that my appeal would not have been successful without the expert help of the Bosley & Bratch law firm (especially Chris and Christian). Outstanding is all I can say. I tried my case with the VFW and DAV. Neither seemed interested in really helping me. The VA gave me a diagnosis of PTSD but then said not service related. I am guessing because I was peacetime.
