Working with Bosley & Bratch was the best decision I made, after struggling with my claim for service connected disability for sometime, I found Bosley & Bratch. From my first conversation with Thomas and Kristen to numerous others, including Brenda the receptionist, Kenneth, and Chris I was treated with the utmost respect, patience and kindness. For the past 24+ years, I have been fighting the battle of my life. Oh, you served in combat, you say? No, I have battled the VA for benefits due me for the injuries I suffered while serving my Country. Over all those years, I was denied time and time again. Then, after almost 20 years, I had some success with a 50% and finally 70%. Even the BVA Judge declared the VA had made a CUE(Clear and Unmistakable Error) with my case. And I believe the VA would have continued to give me the runaround had I not hired Bosley & Bratch to help me finish the battle with the VA. We used Bosley and Bratch for my son's disability claim when we were getting nowhere with the va on our own. Chris Bondi and Brandy Bilbee handled my son's claim. We were so pleased with the speed and compassion that Chris and Brandy showed while maneuvering the complexity of the va system. They were able to get my son's disability rating to 100%. I had a great experience with them! They always responded to me very quickly. They got me 100% that I had been fighting for almost 20 years for and had been unsuccessful on my own. I had to talk about some traumatic things that was very hard but my case manager did make it as easy as possible, they never judged me or treated me any less. I appreciate them so much!
Bosley and Bratch has been representing me for my VA claim for over a year. I started at 60% when I first hired them and as of today I have gotten an increase to 80%.
