I was looking at bankruptcy to save my home i have only property tax debt and a utitlity bill for a total of 10 200 dollars . I was scared into thinking my only option was pay them a down payment now i started to have second vfc thoughts and hung up afyer giving my debit info because they were so pushy and wouldnt take i changed my mind i never gave permission to take out of my account 1000 . I called and told customer service who said i verbally agreed. He is a liar i did not and i am not the only 1 apparantly they have done this to i never signed anything as s well so i now have lost my home because they took everything i had me and my children are going to be living on the street in 3 days but they are expediating my refund 16 days later ..they literally stole my money in seconds but take weeks months or never to give it back .they prey on yhe vulnerable and scared people who apparantly already have nothing or they wouldbt be trying to file bankruptcy you people are evil

Once you pay them and if you need the money refunded even if you have a terminal lung disease like myself trying to get on the transplant list they will not refund your money in a timely manner

Total scam, they aren't even a law firm where I live. I don't know what this is at all. I called and got sent to another law firm.

They stole my money!!! Told me they would issue me a refund within 60 days and now they have literally blocked my phone number to prevent me from calling. It has been over 90 days and no refund. Check out their reviews on Google and you will see I am not the only one they cheated. Do not do business with this fraudulent company.

They are crooks! They did absolutely nothing and charged me 950 for a couple of months. I asked for a refund over 2 months ago, which according to them was only going to be $100 after their cut. Their reps, who talk to me are heartless and do not care. They told me I'd receive my refund in 45 business days, and I'm still waiting and have surpassed the time alloted. I plan to file a formal complaint as well. I spoke to a rep today who said she couldn't give me a time frame.

I received an email cancelling my services. No notice (other than that email), no explanation, nothing. When I called to find out what is going on, they told me there are no attorneys taking cases and the one assigned to me didn't accept my case. It is also taking 30 days to refund my 200 dollar deposit. They gave me literally no options and now I have to wait over a month to get my money back. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

On Aug 6th I decided not to file. It was stated someone would contact me within 7 -10 days after I stated I wanted to cancel. I emailed on Aug 16 for an update. I ended up calling & spoke XAVIER & he said 30 days. Never said the words "business days" . I inquired AGAIN via email 2 days ago then XAVIER says 30 BUSINESS days. I just got an email from TASHA saying 45 business days. I've asked for documentation noting what was billed. NO response or acknowledgment of the question. RIP OFF COMPANY

I paid 250 back in July and the lawyer I was given wouldn't even return my phone call. I cancelled them and have been waiting for my refund that they said would take 30 to 50 days to get back. Its a scam and they're stealing our money by the looks of the other reviews. I'll be filing with the BBB shortly!

Still have not received a refund from March. Unbelievable If you rate a refund you need to take them to small claims court to get it.
