Hired Attorney

William Ware was hired for a very Sensitive domestic violence matter. A Summation was due on June 14, 2024 at 4:00 pm. At 5 PM one hour or after the summation was due, William Ware sent several emails saying ASAP hurry up, hurry up and made it clear that he did not prepare, miss the deadline and left the evidence out of the case. Two hours after the summation was due William Ware put together a few words on a word document no legal arguments and absolutely no evidence, zero evidence. William Ware missed the filing deadline. The defendant in his sinister approach contact at William Ware and solicited intimate photos of the couple that were taken when they were together. William Ware collected these intimate photos against the wishes and Free will of the victim. When the victim complain that William Ware viewed such intimate photos, William Ware became hostile and put the intimate photos out in his hallway to be spiteful.

Poor communication. Weeks went by without a response. Under prepared. Violated privacy by sharing information with unauthorized third parties. Dishonest. William Ware abandoned the case. Was defamatory and unprofessional.
