I felt like I was having to pull information from the paralegal about closing times, forms to review prior to arrival, scheduling a time to sign paperwork, etc.
We showed up for closing and no one in the building was wearing a mask!! In November! This was unacceptable and dangerous and showed a lack of concern for others. It was also illegal. We had to request that people wear them. The lawyer did after we asked. I also had to call and follow up when the paralegal did not receive my message. The actual legal piece was fine. No complaints with that. But the rest left us very uncomfortable.
