We had an extremely difficult closing! In the beginning we were assured that the buyer had their financing in place but due to many extenuating circumstances this was not the case. We were not interested in pursuing damages caused by their lack of responding to the agreed closing date and preferred that we just manage as best we could to close the property as soon as possible! Hanger Law was with us throughout this process as stressful and difficult as it was because we are remote and from another state. They diligently kept us informed of everything each step of the way and the result was that we were able to conclude everything to our satisfaction. So we have moved on forgetting what was behind and so thankful that Hanger Law was able to professionally execute this transaction!
