Beard had been partners at Stophel, Caldwell & Heggie, P.C., one of Tennessee's largest law firms. The firm offers a wide range of legal services including personal injury litigation, worker's compensation, professional negligence litigation, commercial litigation, construction law and litigation, domestic work, commercial and banking work, employment law, corporate and business law, tax law, estate planning, estate administration, real estate, managed health care and bankruptcy work including representation of trustees and creditors. Hired Attorney Mr. Steven Jacoway

I gave Mr Jacoway a 5 in all categories, but realistically he and his team deserve a 10! Mr Jacoway was not the first attorney I spoke with and interviewed, but I'm Very Glad he was the last one. I felt like our interview was not just me interviewing an attorney but a Great attorney interviewing me in order to understand my position and the importance of the 2 children involved. It was a long ordeal, but he told me it would be. What a blessing. I recommend him to anyone. Thank you Steve!

Hired Attorney Jerre Mosley

Mr. Mosley worked closely with my father in preparing his estate. He was extremely helpful to me ,as the executor, when it came time to probate the estate. This was not a simple case, there were open litigations involving the estate and Mr. Mosley along with his colleague S. Lodico worked very hard to resolve these matters. They kept me well informed and worked diligently on behalf of the estate.

Hired Attorney Mr. Steven Jacoway

Mr. Jacoway was engaged to assist a family member with a DUA charge. He was a consummate professional every step of the way, kept us informed, and was able to obtain a favorable decision. I have used the services of other attorneys in the past for general law issues, and frankly, I have not been impressed. Fortunately, we were referred to Mr. Jacoway and were very happy with the whole encounter. I would not hesitate to seek out his services again and I recommend him without reservation.

She kept us up to date as to our case. She represented us when we sued a lady to collect an unpaid debt. The lady filed bankruptcy the day Cara was to file the case. We did receive almost all of our money.
