Hired Attorney

This lawyer is honest and he knows what he is doing. I was charged with possession of marijuana and having prescription medications in the wrong container. He recommended the diversion program and now my record is clean. He charged a flat fee that was fair and there were no surprise charges. I have heard horror stories from others about their lawyer so I am grateful that I found him through a recommendation.

I highly recommend this attorney for anyone that is facing criminal charges. He is extremely knowledgeable and his communication skills are the best! He is the most trustworthy attorney I have ever met and he seems to honestly care about the welfare of his clients. His fee is fair and flat. There are no hidden or extra charges.

I was very pleased with Mr. Bernstein's commitment to my son. He represented my son with criminal offense charges that included drugs, robbery, and other charges. My son had a great outcome and was represented by someone who cared and knew the law very well. It was truly a blessing for me and my family to have someone dedicated and willing to go the extra mile during this tough time, when my son was facing not only criminal charges but also a healing process from his gun shot wounds.

This was my second DUI, I was found passed out at a gas station and empty container. He was able to get it to a reckless driving. He did a great job
