I was threatened with disorderly conduct by a police officer while acting in my capacity as property manager while talking to tenants. My behavior was not disorderly. I filed a complaint against the officer. Her captain started calling me wanting to me to come in and review video of incident. Mr. Bernstein told me what to say to him in order to get the calls stopped. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who is in need of legal counsel. Professional and excellent advice. I hired Eric after getting charged with my second DUI. Eric was very easy to work with and genuinely cared about my case and outcome. After reviewing all my options and the pros and cons of each situation, I decided to keep my case in Decatur, where Eric got me less than the minimum sentence for a second DUI offense. I am very satisfied and would recommend him to anyone charged with a DUI.

My initial consultation was on the phone. Eric spent an hour going over the details with me and provided me with good information and possible scenarios. He was kind knowledgeable, thorough and honest. {para}I did my research on this firm and Eric Bernstein- they were stellar and the reviews didn't lie! {para}So, in March, I was arrested for a DUI with automatic license suspension under the Georgia implied consent law. {para}He directed me to be proactive in my DUI classes, evaluations, and community service. He even managed to have the officer agree to drop the administrative license suspension with a plea. BUT then it got EVEN BETTER, because it was my first offense, Eric was able to negotiate with the prosecutor to drop it down to reckless driving, no points, w/fines, community service and MADD VIP. {para}I am more than grateful to have found this firm. Eric Bernstein was wonderful, but so was the entire team of people at the firm. Remember this is your life and, you more often than not, get what you pay for! Thank you Eric, Bill and the entire firm.
