Since our firm's founding in 1884, the attorneys of Gebhardt & Kiefer, P.C., have represented individuals and business owners in nearly all of the legal issues they encounter, from starting a business, to obtaining fair compensation for an injury, to divorce, to buying a home, to traffic and DWI matters.

Our firm also serves as municipal attorneys for a number of New Jersey communities, including East Amwell Township, Holland Township, Kingwood Township, Independence Township, the Town of Clinton, the Borough of Washington, the Borough of Hampton, the Township of Knowlton, and the Borough of Peapack and Gladstone.

Hired Attorney Diana Fredericks

I felt compelled to write this review because of the negative comment written previously which is so different than my personal experience with Diana, who represented me in a years' long custody battle. I have spent a lot of money on legal fees, which I appreciate and acknowledge could have been better spent on my children's education and so forth, and even Diana said as much to me from our first meeting, however, in part it was my choice to proceed with the litigation, as I believed it was best for my family. I also recognize that I did not have a "choice" because of my ex, who was relentless in his pursuits against me. I feel that Diana was always on my side and appropriately aggressive, especially when I needed/wanted her to do so. I appreciate it is an expensive process, but I was aware of that from the beginning. I really had such a different experience with Diana that I wanted to respond to the negativity with my own positive experience.

Hired Attorney Diana Fredericks

Diana served as the PC in our case for several months. The high-conflict custody battle has been on-going for 4+ years and I had been at the end of my rope feeling as though no legal professional would understand what I was being put through. Diana started our case impartial and believing we were both contributing to the conflict. After several months, she finally saw through the mask my ex always wears and has been the only one to call him out on his behavior. Although we are still embroiled in conflict and no longer are using Diana, just that she understood at the end that it wasn't me made me feel incredibly validated and heard. She was a professional throughout the entire process and incredibly responsive to the mass number of emails she received. I would recommend her to anyone going through something similar.

Hired Attorney Leslie Parikh

Not proficient in employee law matters. Hardly in the office, only seemed determined in upkeeping the firm's image & marketing, and lacked determination in building a case due to distraction toward larger clients.. My potential case was an afterthought from start to finish, but she didn't hesitate to charge anyway. Key tasks in my process were overlooked, my potential case was ultimately ruined as a result, and she pointed blame to everyone but herself. You get what you pay for; go to Philly.
