Richard M. Morgan has been practicing law in Georgia since 1987. Richard founded the award-winning Alpharetta law firm of Morgan & DiSalvo, P.C. in 1995 to help individuals and families plan and prepare for the many changes that life brings. Morgan & DiSalvo was again named in U.S. News & World Report's “Best Law Firms” ranking for 2013-2019. Richard also serves on a 2 member sub-committee of the Fiduciary Law Section to propose a Technical Corrections Bill to improve the 2017 Georgia Uniform Power of Attorney Act.

I must say, working with Richard Morgan and his staff was a nice surprise. Richard was very knowledgeable about estate planning laws and processes. He was very patient, taking the time to walk us through the different aspects of reviewing and updating our existing trusts, wills and POA documents. He and the staff were very responsive to our questions as they came up even after our initial meeting. I would highly recommend the Morgan and DiSalvo, P. C. company for estate planning services.

After my husband’s death, I needed to update my will, POAs, establish a trust, etc. to get all my legal affairs in order. I arranged a ZOOM consultation with Richard to explain what I wanted & hoped to accomplish. He listened, took notes, asked questions, and answered my questions with easy to follow suggestions & recommendations. The review was also held via ZOOM, & he was very thorough in explaining every draft document that had been prepared. The signing with witnesses was done in his offices & was handled efficiently & quickly with no “hiccups.” Richard & his staff were courteous, competent, professional, and very thorough with all facets of my estate planning. I highly recommend Richard for any of your estate planning needs.

He was great at communicating what information was needed from us, how the estate planning was set up, and he answered any questions that we had.
