She kept up to date on all the tax law changes in congress and how those might affect my situation. She took the time to get to know me and spent time in the office, on the phone and in email exchanges to answer all my questions. I received much better counsel from her than my previous estate lawyer and am very happy with the service I received.

Planning of this type is not always an easy experience, however with M&D I was put at ease immediately and left feeling good.
Loraine helped my wife and I prepare new Wills, Power of Attorney documents, and Georgia Advanced Healthcare directive documents. Her knowledge of relevant current law and issues was excellent, and very thorough. I also liked that she offered an up front fixed fee for the preparation of these 3 documents. I did not seek other more advanced estate planning advice/documents at this time, but Loraine did help me with a somewhat related matter in how to handle an inherited house sale.
