Richard is extremely skilled at what he does. I am an attorney, but I do not personally practice in the estate law arena, so I hired Morgan & DiSalvo to create an estate plan for me and my husband when we relocated to Georgia. However, I do know exceptional drafting when I see it, and Morgan & DiSalvo has tight and accurate drafting (NOT true for all attorneys!). I have also had other estate plans created in other states, and I have encountered the difficulties that occur when potential issues are not adequately addressed in the documents. I was relieved when I consulted with Richard and realized that his documents already addressed and eliminated the issues I had encountered with prior estate plans created in other states, plus he was more than capable of dealing with any other estate planning issues I needed addressed.
