2nd time hiring Mr Warmbrodt, nobody could've done it better. First case was custody restructuring second was divorce. In both instances I have been treated with respect, my thoughts and opinions were noted and considered. They did everything they said the would at a fair and known rate. I would recommend this firm to anyone looking for compassionate representation that gets results.
I have to ultimately complain about the attitude of Mr. Warmbrodt regarding any concerns that I had about how my case was handled. I expressed my concerns regarding explaining things in layman's terms and how I felt that I was either not explained things or was completely misunderstanding. Overall, the cost for what was accomplished was not worth the poor quality service and attitude. They are after a paycheck not satisfaction.
Randy 1st missed an important filing deadline and came unprepared to our first hearing. He overcharged us and even double billed us for prep already done. He threatened to withdraw as our counsel anytime there was a deadline looming and he wanted to extort more money from us-after paying almost $30K. In total we were charged over $40K. He finally did withdraw as counsel blaming me for illegally contacting the court when I thought our case was going to be dismissed. We are filing with the Bar.
TXI had hired Mr Warmbrodt 3 years ago on a CPS representation case. He took $15,000 and then filed a TRO on what should have been a simple representation of me to CPS, then left on vacation. He left me with a junior lawyer and the judge was furious and it all went downhill from there. He claimed I owed him $12,000 for barely 3 days work, a TRO filed and a junior lawyer to represent me. I filed a complaint with the Texas Bar against him. We are still trying to dig ourselves out of the legal mes
