Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer. We retained Mr Warmbrodt and his office for a messy parental termination and adoption case. Mr Warmbrodt and and everyone in his office has been so great! Mr Warmbrodt was extremely thorough with explaining processes, expectations of hearings and trials, all options as well expenses. Mr Warmbrodt, Kelli,Chelsea, and Becca were all helpful and replied to any and all correspondence in a timely manner. They were always so polite and I never felt like I was bothering them with any of my questions. They were very supportive through this whole process (3 1/2 years!! - thanks Covid!) and truly made me feel as if they had my family’s best interest at heart. This firm genuinely cares about their clients and I would recommend them to anyone needing an attorney.
Mr. Randy Warmbrodt, at Warmbrodt, Winslow & Associates has been an incredible partner in our family's legal situation(s). He has been thorough and intentional, understanding and compassionate, and so helpful. Randy is very knowledgeable and knows family law very well. He takes the worry of the difficulty away by keeping us informed and by fighting for us and for results that take care of our family. You will have a friend and genuine partner in your corner!
Mr. Randall Warmbrodt was unbelievable in helping me with this difficult issue of seeking non-parent custody.
I was challenged with issues regarding child support and dealing with CPS and
he was instrumental in helping me resolve these matters . He was knowledgable,
caring, and wise. (personality traits or skills)
As a result, my outcome was gaining custody of the children involved and we are now in the process of terminating parental rights.
The best thing about Mr. Randall Warmbrodt is being able to trust his advice and know that he has my best interest and needs at the forefront.
If you ever experience any type of custody issues
then I recommend him because accuracy, speed, caring and competence is what you will get. I felt very safe in his decisions regarding my case
I interviewed 3 other attorney’s before retaining Randall Warmbrodt, about 6 months ago. I chose Randall Warmbrodt because I felt like he and his staff were very professional and on point.
Going through a divorce after 9 years of marriage is a very stressful time and it was new territory for me. Mr. Warmbrodt and Ms. Chandler Winslow truly had my children and my best interest at heart. It was a lengthy battle and I was often feeling very defeated by the actions of my ex to the point where I
Excellent law firm, very professional and knowledgeable. The entire staff of lawyers and paralegals are amazing and very responsive to all of your needs. There is someone to take your call almost any time of the day if you need support, have questions, or maybe just need some reassurance in difficult situations. Warmbrodt is the best there is, I highly recommend this law firm!
I retained Randy Warmbrodt in May of 2010, and I am so grateful for all that he and his staff have done for us. I knew at the time, when I first spoke with him on the phone, that I was blessed to have him representing my family in the suit to gain custody of my grandchildren. He was very personable, and caring, yet all about business at the same time. A perfect combination, in my opinion.

Mr. Warmbrodt is very attentive to the small details and he is very aggressive for his clients.
TXI had hired Mr Warmbrodt 3 years ago on a CPS representation case. He took $15,000 and then filed a TRO on what should have been a simple representation of me to CPS, then left on vacation. He left me with a junior lawyer and the judge was furious and it all went downhill from there. He claimed I owed him $12,000 for barely 3 days work, a TRO filed and a junior lawyer to represent me. I filed a complaint with the Texas Bar against him. We are still trying to dig ourselves out of the legal mes
