Mr. Tharpe was able to help with legal details of titling property & creating a trust. He provided very helpful & knowledgeable legal advice concerning elder law and property ownership. Mr. Tharpe cleared up questions and concerns I had through several phone consultations. He never seemed rushed and explained everything thoroughly. He gave me the legal facts so I could make informed decisions for my parents. I am grateful for his help! I would definitely recommend him for any elder law or estate planning legal needs.
Kevin told me about I paid him $2500.00 to set up the Trust, that I would not have to probate anything. Well now as it has come time to sell some of the property, it has come out that I as the executor do not have the authority to sell anything. Kevin did not get the Title changed and now Kevin will not return my calls. I've had to hire another lawyer to do the work I paid Kevin for and I'm going to have to probate the estate. I do not recommend hiring Kevin to set up a Trust or any estate planning.
Run, don’t walk from this lawyer! Charged more than the norm for establishing Trust for my mother. He didn’t complete his tasks as an attorney, more interested in $ signs. His smooth talking, “caring” manner is fake. I ended up paying more fees to another far more trustworthy attorney.
