Contacted about a civil suit involving PSP. There response we don't do that. So you're afraid of the PSP. No they said we support the police. Well so do I but they are not above the law. So they let me know where the common citizen stands. Thanks for being chicken S--t.
I hired attorney Caffrey for an administrative appeal. COMPLETE BAIT AND SWITCH tactics. I had a hour long phone call about my case and asked several questions in regards to process. Caffrey NEVER informed the correct process. After $20k I started asking questions and Caffrey got mad and requested another ridiculous retainer and then filed for relief to stop representing me when I didn't pay. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Avoid this firm. They only care about money.
Wow, if you want to lose this is the place for you. Dumped a ton of money in and was completely unresponsive. Finally just took my business elsewhere.
This firm left me out to dry....Really my attorney left the practice the practice failed to inform me of communications or represent me in a professional manner. To date they have cost me in excess of $30000.00. because of there incompetence with no end in sight...
Karen violated my trust as my attorney. Additionally, Scaringi Law Firm and Karen became very unreasonable, and in fact, bullyish, once I no longer wanted to pay for services. Using pressure strategies to get me to pay more money, is unethical. As a final result, she exposed me to danger by revealing confidential information to my abuser.
HURRY AWAY FROM SCARINGI LAW and Erin Komada FIND A DIFFERENT LAW OFFICE with caring lawyers, I signed with Erin Komada and fired her after two weeks or less, too many reasons why, like, very slow responding to inquiries, unprofessional, money hungry firm from lawyers to owners & no work ethics or whatsoever. THEY ARE JUST A SHAME TO SUCH A SENSITIVE HONORABLE PROFESSION, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SAVE YOURSELF MONEY, TIME & ANY TROUBLE DEALING WITH THEM.
This firm and its attorneys were the worst attorneys i've ever dealt with and cost me thousands of dollars with thier negligence.
