I highly recommend TL Kearney. He thoroughly explained the charges against me and the potential consequences I was facing. Thomas Kearney was a great choice for a Lawer in my situation. I hired him to help with a case in york pa. He listen to me, understood me and was very good at being in touch when I would reach out. T.L. was absolutely phenomenal throughout this whole process. He was super communicative and responsive (even when I had questions late at night and well past 5pm). He was able to explain things very clearly and prep me for all situations that could happen. I had the chance to get hit with some sever punishments, but T.L. was able to get me the best case scenario. Other lawyers in the area I looked at added to my stress levels during consultation. Some even said, I had to wait until fully charged before doing anything. That was not the case with T.L. He was able to explain everything, he has roadmaps for your situation, encourages doing things proactively and NOT waiting for charges. And that worked out perfectly for me because going to court with several steps taken is always a positive thing. I wouldnt/coudlnt recomment any other lawyer in this area for DUI. He cared, he showed passion, he is expereinced, and he made it STRESS-FREE

T. L. Kearney exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond on my case. Most attorneys I called in the area, I was asking the questions and I felt rushed. With Mr. Kearney, he was the one asking me the questions and gave me an hour of his time during the initial consultation. He even met me at the courthouse before he was hired just to greet each other and then pointed out some information on my paperwork I didn’t understand, and that saved me from a potential warrant. He looked out for me from the beginning and gave me his time and attention. I knew this was the guy for my case. I was facing 3 total charges. 2 misdemeanors and a summary. He helped get this knocked down to a simple summary with a small fine and court costs, when I was possibly facing jail time and probation. If you want a lawyer that will go the extra mile I highly recommend T.L. Kearney. He is worth the price and result, and all the work you need done will be covered by the cost with no extra charge. Hire him!

T.L was on point. I highly recommend him if you need services. Always got back to me on time and kept me in the loop with my case. I had a probation violation with a new charge and should have definitely been doing more time but he kept me out. It was a pleasure to have him. His prices are good also. 5 stars in my opinion.
