My wife and I just completed the bankruptcy process with Mr. Morrison. It was a tough decision for us to do it. After meeting with Troy and his office it became clear it was our option left. He was amazingly professional and was able to walk us through the process step by step. We ended up having our hearing right as the coronavirus pandemic was swinging upward. We would’ve lost our house, cars, and everything else if it wasn’t for him. He’s a godsend and if you are in a tough spot you should contact him.
Troy was very responsive and always ready to answer any questions I had regarding the process. I have recommended him to friends and they have also had positive experiences with him.
This lawyer is good to fill out bankruptcy form that a 12 year old could easily do. If you want a real "defense" lawyer, Troy is not it. He will convince you that he is, take your money and do nothing. My case required a sharp, knowledgeable negotiator and he dropped the ball big time. Because he couldn't really do it or didn't want to do it, he quit a few days before a response to the lender's attorney was due. I wasted so much time literally writing bullet-point lists of everything that the lender had done wrong and he simply ignored them. I had to call him, text him nonstop and leave notes at his office for him to call me. And when he did, he never remembered my case. I suffered a panic attack for the first time in my life because of him and how he left me high and dry. He is not a good person and I know he has done the same to other people. He will get what's coming to him, sooner or latter. And yes, he had to refund me every single cent I paid him...
