Mr. Hicks did an excellent representing me in Cherokee county. During the consultation he told me what to expect and a time frame to settle. Mr. Hicks got the charges dismissed.
Bad communication. She was my paid attorney on a case, left the firm she was in, did not contact me what so ever to let me know at all that she would not be handling my other cases, as discussed. Not a good experience when you need it the most.
This lawyer Greg Hicks was supposed to be representing my aunt. When I tried contacting his office voicemail and no response for 2 weeks. After finally getting someone to answer the phone I inquired about my aunts bond and he informed me like I told her I'll put her down for a hearing and let you both bother the judge with this instead of me but I don't think a bond hearing is going to do any good but so your not bothering me I'll get her on the schedule. First off we shouldn't have to be bothering a judge or even pleading our case to the judge as he stated I thought that was his job to speak on behalf of and or for his clients and there families. Then said anything else? At this point I was livid. I'll be filling a complaint.
Dude extorted my money when he found out I was going to go with a different Lawyer. He took all of my paperwork and court documents that were necessary and held them hostage in his back office until I gave him 500 dollars. Terrible human, terrible lawyer ive heard from so many others. And genuinely a waste of oxygen on this planet. I sincerely wish the absolute worst on him and everyone hes involved with. He has no idea what that 500 truly cost me at the time.
