As an International, Law student, therefore quite unfamiliar with American Law, I was very lucky to have David advise me when I have been victim of a scrupulous Landlord. David has been particularly attentive to my concerns. He made it ia point to clarify all the steps I needed to take to a successful claim. He has been my own rescue at the School. I had an excellent experience with David Payab, and would certainly recommend him to anyone in trouble.

He also gave us tips on how to handle the situation and offered help regarding the next steps if necessary. He is very honest in his consultations. I'd definitely recommend him.
