I was looking for a lawyer regarding my ‘no fault incident’ that accrued while riding a e-bike and I came by another law firm that recommended to this firm. At the beginning they were very helpful and I spoke directly to the lawyer and not a paralegal. After speaking to Mr/Mrs.McKinley for several days about the details of my case he told me he would get back to me in a few days regarding a retainer he had to write up. It has been 5 days and I have yet to hear anything from Mr/Mrs. McKinley regarding my no fault case that was video recorded on my end. He had no problem taking my personal info DOB, Social security number and address (I hope they are not used maliciously)- Considering this I started looking for new counsel and quickly retained another Lawfirm. I do not recommend this law firm as they do not carry the decency nor professionalism to carry out proper services for their potential clients.
Mr. Novick was wonderful! He was quick to answer all of my questions and explained everything to me through the entire process. I would recommend anyone involved in a personal injury lawsuit to hire this firm
