Bike Law represented me in a cycling related incident. From the beginning, they were simply amazing. Aug 2021 I was hit by car and Bike Law helped me navigate the insurance/legal system to get a settlement that was fitting for my case. Rachael Maney was very compassionate, understanding, professional and helpful. I interviewed a local atty before hiring Rachael and he basically said he could help me of I did all the leg work to get reports, make calls and then maybe we could get a settlement. Bike Law has the experience and understanding of the State bike laws and was most helpful to do the leg work. Rachael worked hard to gain my trust by listening and being available when I needed her. Very responsive to calls/text/email. 10/10 would recommend!!! You won't be disappointed.

On January 1, 2020. I was rear-ended after exiting a traffic circle. While the injuries were relatively minor (compared to what usually happens when an auto hits a cyclist - fractured acromion, hairline fracture of my C7 cervical disk) my bike was totaled, and almost every piece of clothing I had on was ruined. At the urging of my older son, we contacted Bike Law and were put in touch with Peter Wilborn. At every step of the way, Peter and his staff kept me up to date on the status of the case, even though the pandemic certainly slowed down and complicated things. At no point was I dismissed for asking questions, or told anything like, "when there's something to report, we'll let you know." Long story short - the driver contested our claim, and we eventually went to depositions, after which the driver caved and acceded to all of our demands. Highly recommended for anyone involved in a bike crash.

Peter and his team were phenomenal. Super capable folks, great communicators, and incredibly down to earth and "human." They secured the best possible outcome for my case in a timely manner, with minimal lawyer speak.

Peter was an incredible amount of help in a situation that could have gotten handily out of control. He was a very needed trail guide and voice of reason throughout the entire process.
