Jenkins Law Group, PLLC is a law firm established in 1993 with an office in Winston-Salem, NC. At this office location, there are 5 lawyers practicing bankruptcy, business law, criminal and traffic including dwi's and 16 other areas of law.
Knowledgeable and very community service oriented. My wife and I used their services to update and amend a revocable trust that had been prepared many years ago in another state, conforming it to current federal and NC laws, and to prepare new up to date wills, living wills, and powers of attorney.
Several months after I completed my transactions with this firm, they came to my place of business and offered the same services for quite a bit less. When I inquired about a refund, all I got was a promise to discount my next transaction. Unfortunately for me but fortunate for them, I have no need for additional services from this firm so their offer is useless to me.
After months of inability to get satisfactory results from dealing with the insurance company of the party at fault to settle for out-of-pocket expenses incurred in treatments for whiplash, enlisted this firm to represent me. The end result netted me less than the original offer from the insurance company even after the law firm discounted their fees, probably out of embarrassment of the results of their work.
