Hired Law Firm

The firm represented me in the SSDI claim that I filed in July 2016 until January 2019, after a hearing and the ALJ's unfavorable decision. My claim was approvable, but not a slam dunk. I don't fault the firm for the denial, but the advocacy at the hearing was poor, communication with the firm's designated paralegals throughout the process was extremely poor, and the firm took 29 of my 60 days for appeal before telling me that they wouldn't be preparing the appeal and that I was on my own.

Hired Law Firm

Been working on my case for over 2 years now...they never return my calls, they are poor with explaining things,and my hearing before the judge was a disaster after 2 times being turned down...I expect the worst outcome when my case is decided....I'm already looking for my replacement attorney when I am denied for the third time with rabin and associates
