When asking for attorney recommendations for my child custody/relocation case, I had the good fortune to receive Rebekah Brown-Wiseman’s name. Ms. Brown-Wiseman is an extremely competent, professional, and responsive attorney. Family law matters can be very emotional and having a knowledgeable attorney to guide you through the process, is key! Her knowledge of family law was evident from our first meeting. Throughout the year, she kept me posted on my case with a friendly, yet direct approach. She is concise to ensure that she keeps her client’s cost low, which I truly appreciated as a single mom. While my case was dropped due to a change in circumstances for the other party, I do believe that I would have prevailed because her response to the petition was so thorough and well documented. I would not hesitate to recommend her to a family member or friend and highly encourage anyone needing legal counsel for an after divorce modification to hire Ms. Brown-Wiseman.

I highly recommend the law office of Rebekah Brown-Wiseman, P.A. Rebekah and her staff are honest, fair, professional, expeditious, and in my case respectful to Fathers’ rights which are often overlooked by the courts. With her vast knowledge, experience and attention to details, I was able to resolve my post-divorce issues regarding my child’s Florida Prepaid accounts, child support accounting and over payments, visitation modification, and final settlement agreement.

I filed for divorce pro-se. The respondent decided to get a lawyer, and everything that had been agreed upon, suddenly was under dispute. Rebekah was the 4th attorney I consulted with and the most expensive. Worth every penny. She was the only attorney that didn't stutter or blink that it was a same sex marriage w/ custody dispute. Professional, complete advocate for my case, well regarded by the judge and all other staff. Completely recommend.

When I finally reached out to Rebekah, her calm demeanor, professionalism, and understanding put me at ease. Her dynamic legal expertise, passion for helping families, and attention to detail was consistent and exceeded anything I had hoped for when seeking legal representation. The case lasted no more than a few months. There was no time wasted. Paternity tests, papers served to the father, child support and custody hearings were all processed and scheduled and won without delay.

Ms. Wiseman and her staff provided exceptional service. Ours was a complicated case, involving the revision / enforcement of a previous divorce settlement... specifically an ex-spouse's entitlement to their portion of a military retirement. Rebekah guided us thru the twists and turns, including a critical hearing before a judge via telephone. The court ruled in our favor, and this simply would not have been possible without Rebekah's representation. Thank you!
