Mr. Vinduska was the attorney in charge of handling my divorce case. I contacted the office in an emergency situation where I needed to file immediately before the other party did with the many injust terms he mentioned to me off the record. Specifically that Robert Kaplan (Bob) is a major league procrastinator. Did not represent us adequately on two $20,000 relocation and displacement claims against
Sedgwick County, Kansas resulting from a 2007 condemnation case situation. Still have
pending relocation claims against the County with virtually no representation and
no acceptable results; not even a reduced "in lieu of" payment from the County on the
two claims. Poor communication and poor legal services from Mr. Kaplan.
John Gilliam and Val Watchell RUINED MY LIFE. They had exparte communications with my father George Poulos, John told me before I filed for divorce that he would represent me, then when I arrived, and wrote a check for 2700 they inform me that Val would be representing me. My husband was a crook, and was disbarred when he "revoked" his own license. I was in fear of my life, and had to get 5 more lawyers who were all the same. Kansas is the most corrupt state in the union, the bar is a disgrace
