Hired Attorney

Warren recently helped me secure a WTC related 3/4 retirement. He always took my calls or was quick to call back. Warren always put my health and well-being first while fighting diligently to get the retirement. I would highly recommend him to anyone as his service to me and my family was always second to none. He is currently working on a Victims Compensation Fund settlement I am sure he will surpass my expectations!

I am now a retired police officer that was injured in an on duty accident. Warren got me the entire insurance policy and the underinsurance settlement as well. He got me my 3/4 and settled the workers comp lien. I recommend him if you need a strong lawyer to get the job done.

I was injured in a car accident. Warren got me through tough times. He was able to get me a fair recovery from the auto insurance and the underinsurance. He got my bills paid and my surgery approved. His office was able to settle my workers comp case and secured my pension and social security. Solid work by a solid guy.

I am now retired off the job as a corrections officer. Warren and Jason did an amazing job. They secured my 3/4 pension and my workers compensation benefits. They returned my calls and emails and helped me to move on with my life. I truly loved being a corrections officer and they helped me to move on with my life. If you are on the job they are the guys to go to.

Warren and his Associate Christian handled my accident case and my workers compensation case. I was able to get a fair settlement on my accident and get money from workers compensation as well. Warren always got back to me with updates and answered my questions. Christian did a great job negotiating the settlement on the lawsuit. Warren is great at getting results for his clients. I recommend his services.

Warren sent me an email today asking me to complete a review for him. This is an endorsement of his hard work and victories on my behalf. He secured both Social Security Disabilty and Long Term Disability for me. He had great support from both Nancy and Dawn on my Social Security and he worked on the Long Term Disabilty himself. I was impressed with his knowledge of both and with his nurse Barbara went with me to two medical exam and kept the doctor's honest.

I recently won my disability pension and social security disability with Warren. He did a great job explaining the process to me and in keeping me informed. His associate Eugene did a great job at my hearing. It took about 16 months to win both and my workers comp is still being worked on but I am very happy with the outcome. A special thanks to Dawn Marie for always being so pleasant on the phone. Warren and his people really know their stuff and they get results.

Warren and Ryan helped me to recover from the Victim's Compensation Fund and from Workers Compensation. I am retired from the FD. They did great by me. I was sick and did not know who to trust.
