Evan is a compassionate, responsive, skilled, smart, and sophisticated attorney. He listened carefully to my objectives. There was no ego or attitude. Hired Attorney Ian Steinberg

I urgently needed a new divorce attorney after my first one dropped the ball, leaving me in the dark for weeks about proposals my ex sent to her instead of bringing up in our unproductive mediation sessions. Ian Steinberg capably stepped in, answered all my questions clearly and calmly, gave me solid and clear advice when I needed it (which was a lot!), and really listened to every concern I raised. He helped me figure out what I really needed to feel good about the settlement, and made sure I got it. I am convinced that I got a much better settlement than I would have without him, and am glad to have avoided expensive litigation despite the contentious situation. If I ever have need of family law again I'd call Ian in a heartbeat.

Mr. Schein is an excellent and very professional attorney. He is very knowledgeable and is also very personable. He was always available and easy to reach regardless of time or day. He always made me feel confident and was always explaining to me the laws and where we stood and where we were headed. There was never a feeling of uncertainty on my part. I had the utmost confidence in his abilities. He is one of the main reasons why I now have joint legal custody of my child.
