I am so glad that I hired Phil to represent me in a fraud case which I was falsely accused of. Upon talking to him he immediately went to action on reviewing the details of the reports and quickly ascertained that the charges were ridiculous and immediately went to work in my defense. It is very clear to me that Phil is very well respected by all court personnel, very knowledgeable and was able pre-negotiate a dismissal with the DA!
