We were truly blessed to have Phil in our corner. He’s brilliant, patient, experienced with unparalleled knowledge of the law and legal system, works 24/7, and always tells it like it is. A malicious neighbor made false allegations to obtain a one-year 258E Harassment Prevention Order against our then 16-year-old son in the Hampden County Juvenile Court. After several attorneys told us that there was nothing we could do and our son would just have to live with this devastating permanent record, we fortunately found Phil. Against seemingly insurmountable odds, my son’s record was expunged in all of the police, state and federal databases and the court’s paper file was completely destroyed. Currently an 18-year-old college student, my son now enjoys a completely normal life without the concern of lost job prospects and crushed dreams, all thanks to Phil’s hard and priceless work. We shall always be thankful.

Working with Phil has been a great experience, he has handled two auto accidents for me and right from the very moment I contacted him till we settled the case he was on everything, from the towing of the car, hospital, xrays, MRI's, catscans, physical therapy, etc., he even texted me the day before each appointment to remind me it was coming up!
