I injured my knee in an auto accident and dealing with the insurance company of the person that caused the accident was very difficult. I turned to Dell & Schaefer and they took care of everything for me. I was always kept in the loop about what was going on and they responded to all of my request very quickly. They made sure my medical bills were paid. I was very happy with the money they helped me to recover at the end of the case. I highly recommend them.

The attorneys and paralegal were very helpful, but in the end, the firm took out their fee, prior to my medical bills being paid. When all was said and done, the firm made over $40,000 and I was left with around $12000. Although this is evidently legal, this seems to be highly unethical. If my medical bills would have been paid prior to the firm taking their "percentage" reached in mediation, I would have received a more fair amount. Firm made nearly 4 times what I made and I was the injured.
