Hired Attorney Brian K. Stutheit

Brian is an approachable will and probate attorney. He explains everything in an easy to understand way. He can easily take the stress out of the whole process. He knows what he is talking about.

When you are suddenly facing a claim against you from the Unemployment Insurance DepI was delighted to have Brian on my side. Dealing with the emotions of the appeals process was very challenging but Brian was always very knowledgeable about what I should focus on and gave me confidence in winning my case. I never felt rushed or that my case was not important. On the day of the hearing I felt completely prepared and having Brian there backing me up and expanding on points I may have missed was priceless. Highly recommend Brian for his knowledge and services for anyone in need of a honest hardworking attorney.

Not good at communicating, even with email. I thought he was filing on my behalf but he never did, and weeks and even months went by without communicating, but, boy, he wanted his share of the one paycheck I did get. Waste of time and money. No, I wouldn't recommend him.

We try to do what is best for every client. My advice was to file a complaint w/ the CO Dept of Labor, rather than pay me to chase someone in PA. She grew impatient waiting on the claim. When I said I would take over, but have to charge, she became upset.
