Hired Attorney Diana Sparagna

Diana Sparagna represented me from July 23, 2008 and dropped my case once my permanent and stationary report showed I was permanently disabled. I have not received my temporary or permanent disability payments from Travelers Insurance, Harman International Industries or JBL Professional and Diana will not return my calls or emails on payment. Other of her clients seem to have the same response from her.

Hired Attorney Diana Sparagna

I found Diana Spargna's effectiveness to be ineffective at best. Never did she help my case move forward towards a positive resolution as excuses of non-performance were constant. She comes on strong but can not carry through when it comes to the work that needs to be done. You're better off representing yourself than having her on any case. You'll have to call her office many times before they call you back. They do not keep you informed of your case but call you constantly when they fail.
