I came to John looking to establish an estate plan. John was very patient and explained the various options to me and answered my many questions. He was responsive and made time to see me at his office on a number of occasions. He set up a living trust, will and other estate documents, submitted the deeds for recording and provided letters that I needed to transfer my bank and investment accounts.
