We turned in all documents in September, he did not file until March. Did not return phone calls or emails for extended periods of time, and when we contacted, the response was 'he is reviewing your file'. We did not have anything difficult to review, his office was just stalling. His paralegal was not responsive. When it came to payment, we felt he was pressuring us to pay him instead of the previously agreed upon arrangement.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
