Brian Cohen helped me file for Chapter 7. He and his team were very straightforward, helpful and let me know upfront the process, what to expect, and all documentation that I needed in order to start the process. Furthermore, all their fees were set out and explained to me up front -- there were no surprises. Communication was great. If I had questions or needed help, I could reach out and would receive a response usually within an hour by Mr. Cohen or one of his legal assistants. I was kept up to date with meetings, court dates, and the status of my case by legal assistant Deborah. This is a process, which I understood. The paralegal who worked on my case, Ashley, was terrific. It was just a little over 3 months, and I received a discharge. Very good choice for BK. Staff would always respond quickly, and was very helpful. I’m very glad I hired them to handle it.

Mr. Cohen was very helpful and fully explained all the processes involved in the bankruptcy. His staff was helpful in making sure documents were correctly filled and and that things that they needed were received. They were very good at reminding me when appointments, court dates and other things needed to be done or were occurring.

The worst experience ever! We waited almost 5 months for these people to review our file and after sending several emails almost on a weekly basis the paralegal got back to us stating that our monthly payment would cost us over 3,000 or 4,400 per month for 5 years for Chapter 13 for a couple. We wish we knew what to expect from the beginning so we wouldn't have wasted time and money. Definitely not people that will tell you upfront what to expect. Find someone else that at least will give you clear and upfront expectations from the beginning and you won't spend $2,000 for nothing! You have to send them 3 to 5 emails and make several calls in order to get a response back. Once you pay the deposit that's it. He is a liar and shouldn’t be serving our community. He didn’t even called me to let me know because he is a thief and liar so he had his paralegal calling me to let me know my “payment plan”. Find an honest lawyer that won’t steal your money but will be truthful with you.
