My bond was set at $130K. Steven got this reduced to $26K. He then set about overcoming the video, audio and witness evidence against me. He kept digging and researching for 8 months. I would not recommend Mr. Sessa to anyone. I was very disappointed in his representation for me. He appeared to be nice, a tough forward spoken guy until he received full payment then I got treated as if he was doing me a favor. I feel that if i would have kept the public defender I would have gotten the same thing in which I am out 10,000.00. I had no priors and had never had trouble with the law. I am very very disappointed in him and how I was so misled.
