I received a ticket for an ordinance violation and was surprised to find out it could turn into a misdemeanor. This came as a surprise to me since the officer assured me this was a ‘minor issue of no importance’. After discussing this with Mr. Foley, he determined that I had a strong case. Having said that, he cautioned me that these situations are unpredictable. He called the city attorney to discuss the situation and after presenting my case the city simply dropped the case. He did a great job and this result was much better than I expected. Also, he moved quickly got these results in about a week. We are now working to get this expunged from my record altogether. I contacted Roger regarding an old warrant from a 2003 DUI that I was unaware of until a Background Check for employment. After attempting for months (with no results) to clear this issue on my own I found Roger through a Google search. He got me second felony dropped which is unheard of. Now I can get first one expunged and won’t be a felon. Answered every single call and actually felt like he was fighting for me not them.
