The situation was with my employer trying to be reimbursed for educational funds that I should not have had to pay. Thus the dispute in funds supposedly owed versus the contract agreement with employees came into question. I was dismissed in the downsizing of employees. I did not terminate voluntarily so I felt I did not owe it. The lawyer at Framme proved my case and the agency agreed and promised I would not be contacted in any way to pay it back. She was very efficient & encouraging.
