Mike Mallaney acted as if he didn't value me as a person. Brusque & arrogant at our first meeting. Following, he didn't make any efforts to assist in gathering details needed for my filing. Seems to prefer to distance himself from clients by using mail for contact, as opposed to speaking directly to theM. In addition, I received paperwork from him that was addressed to "Nicole", which is NOT MY NAME. I feel that this is a grievous error, & I can't trust a firm that can't GET MY NAME RIGHT!
