Coppola Hockenberg, P.C. is a law firm based in West Des Moines, Iowa, with a wide and varied successful legal practice that has been serving local and national clients for more than four decades.

Community and tradition are important to us. President of the firm, Attorney, Christopher B. Coppola, has followed his father's footsteps, Charles Coppola/. Christopher's son, Anthony Coppola, is now a law student at Drake University, following in the footsteps of his grandfather Charles and his father Christopher. His plan is to practice law when he completes law school.

Attorney Harlan "Bud" Hockenberg, has been practicing law for over 75 years and has a wide array of experience in most things law. He is well respected in the legal and political community.

Our law firm is one of the most well respected small law firms in the State of Iowa and in the Midwest.

Chris handled a difficult divorce for me. It is hard to come out of a divorce feeling that you won, but he did what he could to prevent it from being worse.

Basket case. 6 years ago he coached a Y basketball team. my team beat his. his conduct was unbecoming of a Y volunteer, let alone a functioning adult. Never cheered for his team. didn’t shake hands before or after the game. Gaslit once he realized he was in front of 9 year olds. i’m sure those poor kids remember. i’d go with someone else. unless you want a toxic lawyer.

Never really needed a lawyer before, so when on advice my cousin gave me. Worst decision we have ever made!!! Very expensive, arguing, didn’t listen, belittled, cursed at us, Never met a professional that acted like this, Just took our money, Didn’t care!!! The worst choice we ever made. If you have a lot of money to throw away, he’s the man for you.

Apparently, your cousin thought I was a great lawyer. I have no idea who this is, but it wouldn't surprise me if it was the opposing party that didn't like the result we were able to get for our client. I can't control who decides to post negative reviews

Did Not do his job! Believed the other side. Didn't want to go to court when I said I wanted to. Didn't do any investigation on the father. He just wanted his money thats all Chris Coppola wanted. I lost my Daughter was trying to keep her son from a mentally unstable and abusive father and he didn't fight for me or my grandson.

Grandparent visitation case - settled - clients happy - got visitation w/ grandson weekends summer holidays- did not pay my bill - filed a bar complaint which was dismissed- post untrue - they owe me money judgment entered against them - dishonest clients
