I hired Mark Prugh to take on a case. Let’s put it this way, he gets very sensitive when it comes to people writing negative reviews about him. I am shocked to see that he has a 4.3 star rating. His positive reviews probably stem from the fact that he bullies others to forgo their opinions of him. He knows exactly what it is that I am talking about. He does not like to hear the truth about how ineffective he is an attorney. He is overly expensive, and completely lacking in candor. Looking back, there is no way I would ever possibly hire him again. He is a bully who, in order to get his way, has to threaten, insult, and belittle.

Willing to jeopardize to fire you and blame you for misconduct if you post a negative review during the process, simply because you weren't happy with the experience. Biased capitalism at work. Did not finish the immigration representation of my mother and I understand my father due to his actions after discovering my review.

Worst legal "representation" ever. Paid him $6K to represent us in two simple municipal cases in Lebanon and a civil claim of judicial harassment. The initial meeting was all hype "pie-in-the-sky" advising these are open and shut cases. We ended up pleading to probation on the two municipal cases, this after Randy, who "represented" us, was requesting that we settle with a $250 fine. They have done absolutely no work on our civil case and we have requested four times for an itemized list of actions they performed on our behalf for the $6,000 we paid them and they have not responded - big surprise. Since we have moved to the area a few years ago we have discovered it's difficult to find people who operate with integrity, honesty and character. Unfortunately, Prugh Law Office, has also made this list of people (companies) to steer clear of! If you find yourself in a similar situation I suggest you file a report with the state at the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel.

I had a scorned ex girlfriend use an ex parte as retaliatory weapon after her military commander issued her a career ending military restraining order due to an incident that took place on base- I had neither requested this nor did I have any control over it. The ex girlfriend then turned to the civilian legal system to retaliate and formed a frivolous case with baseless accusations and written statements from fictional witnesses which were never presented prior to the hearing. Mr Prugh let the case sit until the last minute and lost it. The case should have been an easy win given the facts and lack of evidence but Mr. Prugh never had an update whenever I called. He gave the other side the time they needed to build a frivolous case and win it. This happened when I was young and didnt know much about Law. Today I am studying law and saw the negligence and lack of attention that my case received. This case would be an embarrassment to any self respecting attorney.
